1 Introduction and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the v7v7 website and all related services. By accessing the v7v7 platform or opening an account, the user is considered to have given full consent to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

The v7v7 service is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. In these Terms, "we", "platform" or "v7v7" refers to the said service, and "user", "you" or "member" refers to any registered or unregistered visitor.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account on v7v7, users must meet the following conditions:

• Each person may open only one account. Multiple accounts for the same person are strictly prohibited.
• The name, mobile number and other details provided at registration must be accurate and genuine.
• Account login credentials, especially the password, must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
• The responsibility for keeping the account secure rests with the user.
• Opening an account in someone else's name or under a false identity is strictly prohibited.
• v7v7 may request necessary documents for identity verification when required.

Mobile numbers are verified through OTP. If you need to change your details after account creation, please contact the support team. v7v7 reserves the right to close any account opened with false information at any time, and the balance may be forfeited in such cases.

3 Age Requirements and Restrictions

v7v7 is strictly a platform for adults. No person under the age of 21 may use this service. By opening an account, the user confirms that they are 21 years of age or older.

v7v7 may request a government-issued ID (National ID card or passport) for age verification at any time. The platform reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until the verification process is complete. If a minor's account is found, all transactions will be cancelled.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

Deposit and withdrawal services on v7v7 are processed through bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes.
• The mobile banking account used for deposits must be registered in the user's own name.
• Withdrawals will only be processed through the same method used for the deposit.
• In the case of unusual or suspicious transactions, withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

If you wish to claim a bonus after a deposit, withdrawal is not possible until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met. Full details of wagering requirements are described in the Bonuses section (Section 5). If funds are incorrectly credited due to a technical error, the user is obligated to return them.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

Various bonus offers are available on v7v7. Each bonus comes with specific conditions, and failure to meet them may result in the bonus being cancelled.

Welcome Bonus: 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000. A wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount must be completed before withdrawal. Example: on a ৳1,000 deposit you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000, and you must wager ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000.

General bonus terms:

• A bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once by the same user (unless the offer's terms state otherwise).
• If bonus and real money are both present in the balance, withdrawal is not permitted until wagering is complete.
• If v7v7 suspects misuse or manipulation of bonuses, it may cancel the bonus and review the account in question.
• Each promotion has a set validity period; once it expires, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
• Winnings from bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.

Never treat a bonus as guaranteed cash; it is an opportunity subject to specific conditions. v7v7 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.

6 Gaming Rules

Casino games, live casino, slots and sports betting are available on the v7v7 platform. Each category has its own rules that should be read before starting any game or placing any bet.

• All game outcomes are determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer.
• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical issue, the bet for that round will be refunded.
• In sports betting, if an event is cancelled after a bet has been placed, the full bet amount will be refunded.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is considered final.
• Using any technical tricks or software to win unfairly within a game is strictly prohibited.
• Participating in the same game simultaneously from multiple accounts is prohibited.

If v7v7 receives a complaint about a game result, it will investigate and make a decision. During the investigation, the funds related to the bet in question may be placed on hold.

7 User Code of Conduct

All members on v7v7 must use the platform honestly and in good faith. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access another user's account without permission.
• Sending harmful software to the platform's systems or network.
• Using multiple accounts or false identities to take advantage of bonuses.
• Misconduct or fraudulent behaviour towards other users.
• Attempting to mislead v7v7 staff with false information.

If any of these rules are found to be violated, the account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited. In serious cases, v7v7 reserves the right to take legal action.

8 Privacy and Personal Data

By opening an account, the user consents to v7v7 using their provided data for service operation, security verification and meeting legal requirements. Transfer of data to third parties applies only where legally required.

9 Security and Technical Protection

The v7v7 platform uses SSL encryption, which keeps user data and financial transactions secure. However, the user is responsible for ensuring the security of their own device and internet connection.

• Always log out fully after using a public or shared device.
• Keep your password strong and change it regularly.
• Do not give your password or OTP to anyone asking by phone or message — no v7v7 staff member will ever ask for your password.
• If you notice unusual activity on your account, notify the support team immediately.

v7v7 will not be held responsible for unauthorised access to an account if it occurred due to the user's own negligence.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

v7v7 may temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of the Terms is violated.
• If evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity is found.
• If satisfactory documents are not provided during the age verification process.
• On the instruction of a legal authority.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

Users may also apply to close their own account. In that case, any outstanding balance (subject to wagering requirements being met) will be returned. To re-register with the same email or mobile number after account closure, approval from the support team is required.

11 Responsible Gaming Policy

12 Changes and Updates to Terms

v7v7 reserves the right to change or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify users via their registered mobile number or email.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as the user's acceptance of the new Terms. The date of the most recent update will always be shown at the top of this page.
